Having never been a runner I am feeling that having got this far is a huge achievement but I am getting concerned that a swim and a run precedes the run at Craggy Island and at the moment I'm not sure my body can cope.
Anyway back to the running - week 5 consists of 3 different podcasts so run 1 saw us running for 5, walking for 3, running for 5, walking for 3 and finishing off with running for 5. This is actually running for 1 minute less than week 4 but the recovery 'walks' are shorter. Wonder what run 2 will bring?
