It's only 180 seconds!

If you had asked me before I started C25K what you could do in 3 minutes I would have said that that was not long enough to do anything.  Well, I've now changed my mind!

Week 3 sees you doing two 3 minute runs and, when the lovely Laura comes on to tell me I'm half-way there, I mutter a little under my struggling breath as I feel that I should be at 2 minutes and 59 seconds.

Anyway, we are just one day over completing the 3 runs in a week and hope that this won't affect our going on to week 4 - we'll just have to see how we get on.  I'm slightly dreading the podcast being downloaded - 3 minutes was a struggle.
